• Pines Motel is an independent check-in hotel. You will be sent your room number and check in instructions after signing the digital registration sent via text two days before your check-in date.. No official check-in is required but we are available if needed!
• Reservations should be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or pre-paid debit cards before arrival.   
• If paying another method, send us a text message as soon as possible.  A credit card is still required to be on-file.

• You must be 21 years old and present to book a room
• Our room rates are subject to change
• All rooms are subject to Town and State taxes
• When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind.  Any undisclosed guest is subject to a $25 extra guest fee which will be charged to the credit card on-file.
• Any undisclosed extra guests in the main house may be asked to move to another accommodation.

• No penalties for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to stay date. 
• Any cancelation within 24 hours of schedule check-in will have a one day penalty fee charged to the credit card on-file 

• No smoking inside rooms & cottages.  If found, subject to a $200 cleaning fee.
• No Marijuana use on the premises. 

• A maximum of two pets are allowed per room/cottage. 
• There is a $25pet fee (per pet). 
• Make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside. 
• Pets cannot be left unattended without being crated in rooms at any time. 
  

Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have an accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $150. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file.

• Room refreshes are not offered during stays unless specifically requested. 
• Should you need fresh towels or linen, please send us a text message. 

Our motel rooms close mid to late November depending on the weather.  Cottage 15 and the Rock & Roll Suite are available year round.

Pines Motel offers Wi-Fi and complimentary continental breakfast.  A Snack Shack will be available with a variety of snacks and beverages for purchase.  A couple of charcoal grills are available.  Charcoal is sold in the office.

We will take same day reservations until 7:00pm.  Subject to availability

Yes, all reservations are held with a credit card.  Please let us know prior to your check-in date if you plan to pay by cash or check.
